Haydndesign
is a product design consultants, based in the UK, established in 1995 to
design better products faster. This continues to be the ethos at Haydndesign
with the emphasis on designing well engineered products for the world
market.
The quality design of products or machines is what matters at Haydndesign, with proven design practice, material selection, aesthetics, ergonomics and quality, underpinned by the full 3D modeling and simulation for motion, stress, thermal and flow, allows the best chance of your product getting successfully to market in a cost effective and timely manner.
A fully documented design file is created for each project ensuring traceability of your design through the evolution of product development, with milestones and project plans agreed and implemented. Reviews and FMEA's undertaken to quantify and qualify a design prior to release to each stage of the process, whether it is for prototype manufacture, pilot production or full mass production.
Technologies we use:-
- Pro/ENGINEER® for design,
- Pro/MECHANICA® for structural and vibration analysis, we also undertake complex mechanism studies and analysis using PTC’s Motion Dynamics Option.
- Blue Ridge Numerics CFDesign® Autocad simulation CFD for flow and thermal management.
- We supply and support our own design configuration add-on ‘AutoProE’to run alongside ProE and deliver generic driven design for manufacturers.
